Farmers understands the foundational role teachers play in our communities, which is why we want to recognize teachers and go beyond just saying thanks. We want to make a real impact on their efforts in classrooms all over the country. That is why we are awarding $2,500 grants through AdoptAClassroom.org and the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards throughout the year. In addition we are going to award five visionary teachers $100,000 each in our $100,000 Dream Big Challenge.
